Where is my order?
I ordered from here a week ago. I was expected to receive this yesterday. The tracking just shows it is 'out for delivery'. I tried contacting customer services but have had no luck. I need these suitcases asap. It is too late for me to order from elsewhere and my money is tied up in this order. Please please send my order to my by the end of today as promised!

Where is my order
Hello, I ordered from Tripp expecting to get my suitcases on time. I am going away soon and I need them as soon as possible. I ordered a week ago and I still have not received a dispatch email. I really am disappointed with the lack of communication. Where is my order?

Tripp Large Suitcase
My initial contact with Tripp relating to the faulty TSS lock on my large suitcase covered under the 5 year guarantee, their response and delivery of a new case was absolutely first class all within the allocated time slots. This was all handled by a lady called Kate Bamford.
On delivery I found the case I had selected did not have the integrated TSS lock and this was entirely my fault. I sent an e mail on the 8th July 2022 to Kaye Bamford e mail address and have had no acknowledgement. However this may be because she may be on leave.
I have since sent another e mail to thr Tripp customer service e mail address on the 14th July with no acknowledgement to date.
From the initial first class service to this seems to replicate a number of complaints on trust pilot

Superb customer service from Tripp…
Superb customer service from Tripp honouring their 5 year warranty honestly and efficiently, with the minimal of fuss. Christina was brilliant. Well done Tripp.. others could honestly learn from how you are delivering customer service in this post-Covid world.
Could be better
Ordered 2 cases from Next, use one of them twice, now faulty. Still waiting on Customer Services to get back to me (they still have 87 days or whatever the ridiculous time-frame is). This is review 2 as you seem to reply to these. Yes i bought it from next, but it's your faulty product, your warranty. If I had bought an iphone from Argos, does the poor person behind the till sort it out if it goes faulty, no the manufacturer does.
Update on this, a few Emails from Jessica and hopefully all sorted, a replacement is due to do sent out 19/07, it is needed by 22nd July so fingers crossed. If that happens I will gladly up my score.

New one has now arrived, not opened it yet. But it was delivered as promised. I can't really rate 5 as getting hold of TRIPP is painful to say the least.

Good quality cases and excellent customer service
These are good quality cases with decent zips which last well. Importantly they are very light-weight enabling you to include just that little bit extra within airline allowances. A consequence of this is that they are of course slightly less robust than heavier models. After 3 years of baggage handlers and globe trotting mine developed a stiff handle. I had purchased through Debenhams department store who are no longer in business so I contacted Tripp direct to ask about the 5 year guarantee. The customer service agent requested some more information about my case and about the symptoms of the problem and then straightaway offered a new replacement case free of charge which was delivered two days later. I was most impressed
Need it in less than 2 weeks? Go elsewhere!
Similar experience as others, ordered two cases 3rd July, still not despatched despite a delivery date of 6th being indicated on ordering. Was hoping to pack this weekend - customer service says don't even bother contacting them until after 5 working days and they will aim to respond within a further 3-5 working days. We'll be long gone by then! Not good enough, had I known of these delays I would have ordered elsewhere.

Order no where to be seen!
Hi,
I’ve emailed asking about where my order is and I’ve not received a response, it’s been well over 5 days! I Really thought Tripp’s luggage was good quality too, but unfortunately the customer service isn’t. Please can you send me my luggage I am going on holiday next week and still no sight of where my suitcase is!

So far not impressed with this company
So far not impressed with this company. I have ordered suitcase 3rd July. I have emailed customer services yesterday morning for an update but I still haven't heard anything. We are going on holiday in a few days time and I have no idea what is happening with my suitcase! T270801598
Disappointed
I placed an order on July 1. It is now July 6, and my order is still not dispatched. I contacted customer service, but I have not heard back. I need the luggage I ordered for my holiday. This is very disappointing.
